If you are looking to find that perfect Prime day deal and have a little Christmas in July, you will want to know where you can get a discount on a home in Oklahoma and what kind of discount may be available.

Right now, the numbers across the metro show about 1 in 2 homes are being sold under list price. The disparity is pretty significant for the area you are in, and they would also be quite different depending on the price range you are working with for your sale or purchase. So, we know there is about a 50% chance of finding a discount, but how much of a discount could we get?
Three Percent
Above, you can see that most areas around the metro are seeing a discount of about 3 percent on homes that sell below list price. There are some areas like Oklahoma City proper that we are seeing an average at 5%! That could mean tens of thousands of dollars!
