At a time when it has become harder than potentially ever before for first time home buyers, there is a new program in Cleveland County, Oklahoma where home buyers can get up to 3.5% in down payment assistance when they close through a forgivable loan!

MUST MEET REQUIREMENTS

Some of the requirements include both the buyer and their spouse needing to be a first time buyer, government loans only and there is an income limit. This program begins on December 4th and has a 60-day window from registration before the property can close.

INVENTORY ON THE RISE

The number of homes on the market under $300,000 has nearly doubled over the past 12 months! Buyers are seeing more options and a bit more leverage in some areas that could be accelerated with this new program.

WHAT IT MEANS FOR YOU?

There are more specific requirements with the program that you will want to know about before you begin the process. We can help with that and get you with a participating lender!
