So what are we doing differently at Weichert Realtors Centennial to make sure we are keeping you and your family safe?

1. We are taking extra pracautions when showing houses. 

This involves bringing along masks, sanitation wipes, and gloves. We wipe down every surface we touch while showing a home and make sure the homeowners have peace of mind while having people in their home. We are asking that sellers leave lights on for us so we can make as little contact as possible. 

2. We are doing virtual open houses and walkthroughs

To make sure that you don't need to leave the safety of your home. We are doing showings, open houses, and video walkthroughs all online. This ensures that you get to see every detail of the home without leaving your house. 

3. We are able to send documents via email for signatures.

This one we actually have always been able to do, but some may not realize it. We are able to create offer forms and send them to you to sign digitally. We can send any form in a transaction in a digital format. This means we never need to meet face-to-face to get something signed.

4. The closing process has been revamped.

Our title companies have put many precautions in place to keep you safe at closing. These documents still have to be signed in person, but they have asked nonessential parties not to attend. This ensures that it is just you and your closer in the room.
